Videocall to multiple Teams users
It is possible to send a call to a Teams Call Queue or Auto Attendant to distribute the call from HelloDoor/HelloLisa to multiple people, but unfortunately Microsoft does not support video on Call Queues. So you will loose the video part of the communication in this case.

HelloLisa videocalls to Teams users
Call from HelloLisa Virtual Reception to Teams User1. User1 can choose to accept the incoming call as a videocall (camera icon) or as a voicecall (phone icon). When a videocall was selected, both sides will see each other’s videostream.
Troobleshooting HelloDoor controlling an IP Relay
HelloDoor can control an IP-relay, and this relay can open a door, gate, or control about any device which can be activated from a simple switch. For this to work, the whole setup of the HelloDoor, IP relay and networking needs to work. Process to Create Dummy User in MS Teams
Login to MS Teams Admin Portal Go to Users -> Manage Users -> Select the Dummy user that is created. Click on EDIT under Account tab -> Assign a phone number(any 10 digit) :: show in below screenshot. 3. Now click on Voice tab to set the call answering rule. 4. Voice-> Call answering rules
O365 License for Dummy User
To make the dummy user work we need to assign COMMON AREA PHONE License. Common area phones are associated with a user account that’s assigned a Microsoft Common Area Phone license. The Common Area Phone subscription license includes a license for Microsoft Teams and a Teams Phone Standard add-on license.
M365 Licensing for Intercom
Intercom for Teams: Microsoft 365 (M365) license need 1) Doorbell button calls one Teams user: this user needs a M365 Phone System and a Teams license. 2) Doorbell button call goes to a Call Queue: the Call Queue itself needs a M365 Phone System license (It can be assigned a free M365 Phone system-Virtual User
Teams External Access
A HelloPorta/HelloLisa device comes preconfigured with an account from the HelloDoor.net domain. The call will initiate from the hosted account configured in the device and it can talk with your Teams user via External Access (Federation). There are two possible setups :: Open Federation & Closed Federation.
