- Call from HelloLisa Virtual Reception to Teams User1. User1 can choose to accept the incoming call as a videocall (camera icon) or as a voicecall (phone icon). When a videocall was selected, both sides will see each other’s videostream.
- Call from HelloLisa Virtual Reception to Teams User1. User1 has a forward (or a SimRing) to a “Call group” containing Teams User2. User2 can only accept the call as a voicecall (phone icon) but when accepted the videostream of the visitor in front of HelloLisa device will be shown anyway (one-way video). User2 can press the Video-icon in the Teams client If he wants to send his own video to HelloLisa (and so show his videostream to the Visitor): then both sides will see each other’s videostream.
- Call from HelloLisa Virtual Reception to a Teams CallQueue containing User2. can only accept the call as a voicecall (phone icon). Enabling video in the Teams client does not show video on HelloLisa and also not on User2 side.
