About HelloYeti

HelloYeti is an Outdoor rated video-doorbell with a beautiful 7” color touchscreen. It plays your own company welcome video. You decide what call-buttons need to be shown and who they call. The solution integrates flawlessly with Microsoft Teams using the latest integration interfaces. You can receive videocalls from your Visitors when they arrive, and from your standard Teams client you can also open the door for them if needed. The solution can even be used as an access system, to open the door for your employees with a badge-card.

Pricing

The pricing is composed of the hardware purchase (Launch price € 990,00) and a subscription price for the software and the support (€ 29,00/month, yearly prepayment).

Licensing

The HelloYeti solution requires one standard account in your Tenant per device. This account needs to be licensed for Teams.

How it works

Touchscreen buttons allow you to ring the bell directly to the right person. Unannounced visitors can call the front desk to reach the person responsible for welcoming visitors.

Two-way audio and video: when visitors ring the doorbell, you can communicate via voice and video in your Microsoft Teams environment. All calls are video calls fully integrated into Microsoft Teams.
