Follow these steps to ensure the Chat option works during an incoming Microsoft Teams call on iPhone.

1. Allow Microsoft Teams Notifications
   Go to: Settings → Notifications → Microsoft Teams

• Allow Notifications: ON
• Alerts: Lock Screen, Notification Center, Banners
• Banner Style: Persistent
• Sounds: ON
• Badges: ON

2. Turn OFF Silence Unknown Callers
   Go to: Settings → Phone → Silence Unknown Callers

• Set this option to OFF

3. Enable iOS Call Integration in TeamsOpen Microsoft Teams → Profile Picture → Settings → Calling

• Use iOS Call Integration: ON

4. Enable Background App Refresh
   Go to: Settings → General → Background App Refresh

• Background App Refresh: ON
• Microsoft Teams: ON

5. Check Focus / Do Not Disturb Mode
   Go to: Settings → Focus → Active Mode

• Allowed Apps: Add Microsoft Teams
• Allow Time-Sensitive Notifications: ON

6. How to Access Chat During Incoming Call

•  Tap the incoming Teams notification banner
• Once the call screen opens, tap the Chat icon
•  You can send messages before answering or while the call is ringing

Important Note:

Due to iOS restrictions, chat may not appear if the call opens directly in full-screen system call UI. Always tap the notification banner to access chat.

How to enroll HelloYeti Device in Intune

Download .apk file from StarOS

1. Click on double gear sign at the lower bar of the screen, it will take you settings page of StarOS.
2. Scroll down the page to the last & click on “Download from Star Control”.
3. Select Application (.apk)
4. Select com.microsoft.intune.companyportal.apk then click continue to download the app.
5. After clicking “Continue” it will prompt you that the download was completed. Click Close.

Installing .apk from StarOS

1. After downloading the apk, go back to the settings menu by clicking the arrow twice at the upper left corner of the dashboard
2. In the Settings menu click the File manager menu -> Internal Memory. In the Internal Memory menu scroll down until you find the com.microsoft.intune.companyportal.apk
3. Double click in the com.microsoft.intune.companyportal.apk to install application. Click continue then install.
4. Once the installation is complete, click done.
5. Click the exit button to go back to the menu settings.
6. Click Modes at the bottom left of the dashboard. Go to App mode by swiping left/right in the screen referring to the image below and select Company Portal app to launch the app.
7. Sign in the device Microsoft account with assign Intune license.
8. Once logged into the Company Portal app, click Continue to enroll the device. Complete the setup to ensure the device is fully enrolled in the Intune environment.

UNPACKING THE BOX

PERFORMING PRE-INSTALLATION TASKS

Before installing the device to the wall mount, perform the following tasks first:

1. Copy the serial number from back of the device.
2. Prepare a connected POE or 12V input cable.
3. Connect the panel’s relay to the building’s door strike or access control system.
4. Load the software and compatible firmware first to the device. The device software or firmware is updated using the micro USB port located at the back of the device. Once installed, you need to uninstall the device from the wall mount before you can update the software or firmware.

MOUNTING THE DEVICE TO THE WALL

​To mount the device to the wall, follow these steps:

1. Place the wall mount on the wall and mark the six mounting holes.

2. Drill six 30 mm holes on the concrete wall, and insert an anchor into each hole.

3. Route the POE cable out of the wall mount.

​4. Align the wall mount with the mounting holes. Secure the mount to the wall with screws.

5. Connect the POE cable to the Ethernet with POE port of the device.
6. Connect the other cables to the corresponding ports.
7. Place the unit into the wall mount.

8. Open the front cover, and then secure the unit with screws.

9. Close and secure the front cover.

The Surface Go in HelloPorta needs 24W power in order to operate, so our Gigabit PoE+ Splitter needs to receive this.  Check if the server does not provide this, then need to install a small PoE+ switch as shown in the below image :

 In general, the static value is configured to maximum value and it is permanent (But it can fail if the Switch doesn’t have enough energy), In this case, not exist analyzing of consumption by hours, days, etc. This configured has high priority

 About the consumption value, it is configured based in an estimation (because the CDP protocol can do an automatic adjustment), for that reason it is optional and it doesn’t have high priority.

We recommend to change the Setup password for the IP Relay so it is different from the factory default.

By default, there is no password required by the IP Relay to receive instructions from HelloDoor (defined in the settings.xml configuration file under <webservice>). As this is not safe, we also recommend to configure and require a Control password.

The Setup and the Control passwords should not be the same.

Password settings instructions (Passwords may be up to 10 characters):

• Go to http://x.x.x.x/setup.html (where x.x.x.x is the IP address of the IP Relay device).
• Go to Password
• Change the Setup Password: this is the password needed for configuration tasks on the IP Relay (when going to http://x.x.x.x/setup.html)
• Enable (select “Yes”) and change the Control Password: this is the password used by HelloDoor to send instructions to the IP Relay.

This password is used in the settings.xml file on the HelloDoor device:

Steps that need perform in settings.xml

The webservice defines access to the IP Relay for opening a lock remotely.

URL: this defines the instruction-url sent to the IP Relay (eg: http://x.x.x.x/state.xml?relayState=2), where x.x.x.x needs to be replaced by the actual IP address of the IP Relay.

Note: the “relayState=2” part of this string is case-sensitive, it needs to appear exactly as written here.

It is recommended to protect the IP-Relay access with a password. In that case the URL becomes like this: http://admin:password@x.x.x.x/state.xml?relayState=2.
