At HelloDoor, we work in a remote team. We step away from the classic 9-to-5 office work because we believe that enthusiasm and work ethic are location independent. We value the pursuit of common goals and adherence to shared values more than working from a fixed location or on fixed hours. That’s why you get the freedom to freelance from home or work while traveling. But the result, it has to be there, of course.
